Manager: Software & Information Systems   

Manager: Software & Information Systems will be working as Overall Head of Software development in both Desktop and Web Environment. He will control all development activates. Manager of Software and Information Systems development will report to IT director for Planning and Execution and Assign developers for development. He Should be the Expert of Software and Web Application development with a remarkable experience.
Min. Qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Application or Equivalent
Requirements:
Expert Knowledge with Exposure on Government Projects as a Lead Developer/Project Manager. Sound Knowledge on ORACLE Database (DBA/PLSQL), ORACLE APPLICATION SERVER, PHP, ASP.NET, MSSQL SERVER (DBA, TSQL), MYSQL, XML, AJAX.
Minimum Experience: 6+ Years Experience, worked as Web Developer/Software Developer
The Candidates must have Judicial Experience

Terms of Reference/Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to IT director for Implementing ICT-NJ Master plan and Day to day activities
• Support to make master plan and design assigned Software’s and website.
• Design, direct and advice team members for the new development of any module.
• Analyze, conceptualize and visualize of new ideas development.
• Analyze, maintain and develop Web Application Systems-including new and existing custom-database and Internet-related systems-used to support business goals.
• Write CSS codes required in the websites.
• Co-ordinate with Systems/Security Department for related problem
• Analyze user specifications for workability, completeness and business flow for Applications.
• Integrate web Applications with third party application for various purposes.
• Perform project and task estimation.
• Perform Web Application Coding/Programming tasks to specification and in accordance with Development standards.
• Document and Code Technical artifacts of design/ development.
• Develop test plans and participate in Code Testing to ensure workability, completeness, quality and "best practices".
• Research and resolve Coding issues with Software and Web Developers.
• Lead for the Database Design/ development.
• Assist in the development of standards and deployment of web applications.
• Contribute to and participate in final-decision processes that have a direct and moderate to significant impact on Information Systems within assigned work-group department and/or business-unit.
• Provide analysis and recommendations.
• Provide consultation and/or advice on any related issue.
• Provide estimation for the completion time of assigned tasks.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS NEEDED
Programming Languages/ Technologies:   PHP, ASP, PL SQL, ASP.NET, SQL, Java, XML, HTML ,XHTML,  T-SQL, CSS
Databases:  ORACLE(8i,9i,10g), MYSQL , MS SQL SERVER
Platforms:  Windows, Linux, SOLARIS
IDE:  NetBeans, Eclipse, Codegear RAD Studio,  Adobe Dreamweaver
Middleware/tools:  ORACLE Application Server, Rational Rose, CVS
Frameworks:  Zend Frameworks, Web 2.0, AJAX,
Others:  ORACLE SQL Developer , Rational Unified Process (RUP) Model of Software Development, UML, Web Services, WSDL, SOAP

Salary: Between(NRS.30,000 to NRS.40,000)/ Month on the basis of Experience & Ability.

 Contract Duration:
 1 year and renewable based on performance report

Manager: System & Security

Manager: System & Security will be working as Overall Head of System Administration   For both Network and Network Security Level. He will control all System Related activities. Manager of System & Security will report to IT director for Planning and System Policy Design and Assign System/Network Administrator for the work. He should be the Expert of Computer Hardware/System & Network Security and a remarkable experience.
Min. Qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Application or Equivalent (Preference will be given to Candidates with Professional Certification)
Requirements:
Expert Knowledge on Microsoft , Solaris Server Platform ,Fortigate, Cisco Router, Bandwidth Manager . The  Manager of System & Security will concentrate on the overall health of the network, server deployment, security, and ensuring that the network connectivity throughout Supreme Court's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations at the network level of an organization's hierarchy
Minimum Experience: 6+ Years worked as System Administrator/Network Administrator
Microsoft Certified System Engineer 
Red Hat Linux Certified Engineer
Cisco Certified Network Administrator

Terms of Reference/Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to IT Director for planning and implementation and Day to Day activities
• To work (installation, configuration, maintenance) with Linux/ Microsoft Windows Servers and workstations in a mixed environment.
• To maintain  network and security, including Open/Ladp/Active Directory and Linux/Windows Domains,
• TO Work with  Mail Server, Database Servers and Web/Applications Servers(Apache/IIS)
• Strong Knowledge of VLAN
• User administration (setup and maintaining account)
• Maintaining over all system maintained in windows and Solaris Serves
• Verify that peripherals are working properly
• Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
• Monitor system performance
• Create file systems
• Installation of  software
• Create a backup and recovery policy
• Monitor network communication
• Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
• Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network
• Setup security policies for users. He must have a strong grasp of computer security (e.g. firewalls and intrusion detection systems).

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS NEEDED

Internetworking: Cisco, Fortigate , Manageable Switches, Bandwidth Manager
