Manoj Kumar Sharma was born on June 18, 1970 in Birgunj, Parsa District. He did B.L. from Nepal Law Campus, Kathmandu and LL.M. from University of Pune, India. He obtained Doctorate in Labour Law from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He enrolled as an Advocate in 1995 and practiced in different spheres of law. He advised several companies and institutions. He also served as an additional Judge of the Appellate Court in Butwal and Patan from June 10, 2013 to December 12, 2015. During his career, he has participated in national and international conferences in Nepal and abroad. He was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court and assumed charge on April 19, 2019.
